How do I place an order?

Orders can be placed on the home page or shop page on our website. Once ordering closes, we begin baking fresh for Friday pickup. Please be sure to choose a pick up date and time prior to checking out.
Yes! We accept larger orders for parties, events, corporate gifting, and special occasions with advance notice.
Please email us directly so we can discuss details, availability, flavors, quantities, and timing offline.
When do preorders close?

Preorders close every Tuesday night for Friday pickup.
We recommend ordering early, as quantities may sell out before the cutoff.
When is pickup?

All orders are available for pickup on Fridays at our home bakery location in Glenview.
Pickup instructions and address details will be sent when your order is confirmed.
Do you offer delivery?

No. At this time, we currently offer pickup only.

We are a licensed home bakery in Glenview, IL. Our pickup address will be provided with your order confirmation.
Do you take custom or large orders?

The more notice, the better. We recommend reaching out at least 2–4 weeks in advance for large or specialty orders.
Holiday weeks may require additional lead time.
How much notice do large orders require?

Magnetic Bakery cookies are made without any preservatives, so they are best enjoyed fresh within a few days of pickup.
For longer storage, the cookies can be frozen in an airtight container.
How should I store my cookies?

Why is there a minimum order?
As a small home bakery, every order is mixed, baked, and packaged by hand. Minimums help us give each order the care, consistency, and quality it deserves so your cookies are always fresh, delicious, and worth the wait.
